Production times vary depending on the workload at any given time but typically we advise 10-12 weeks for our bespoke suits and 5-6 weeks for our bespoke shirts.

We don’t specify a minimum number of fittings as we won’t allow a suit to go out unless we’re totally happy with it. However, on average it’s between 2-3 fittings for a suit and 1-2 fittings for a shirt.

As ordered goods are custom-made, they can neither be returned nor refunded, and the standard 28 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods. Cad & The Dandy Ltd retains full discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not. Faulty orders will only be refunded by the original method of payment less the cost of any credit card fees.
